01How long do memorials last?

As long as your subscription is active, your memorial will be accessible online. We also offer data export so your memories are never truly lost. Even if you decide to cancel, we provide a 30-day grace period before archiving.

02Can multiple family members contribute?

Yes! Invite family and friends to add their own photos, stories, and tributes. Each contributor can share their unique memories, making the memorial richer and more meaningful for everyone.

03What materials are the QR panels made of?

We offer premium metal (aluminum) and wood panels, designed to withstand outdoor conditions for years. Each panel is laser-engraved with a unique QR code and the memento.uno branding. They are weatherproof and UV-resistant.

04Is my data safe?

Absolutely. memento.uno is fully GDPR compliant, hosted on EU servers, with encrypted data storage. We never share your personal information with third parties. Your family's memories are protected by European data protection law.

05Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade from Free to Memorial or Premium at any time. Your existing memorial content will be preserved, and you'll immediately gain access to the additional features of your new plan.

06What languages are supported?

Memorial pages can be created in Lithuanian, English, Polish, Latvian, and Estonian. The platform interface is available in all five languages. We're actively working on adding more languages based on community feedback.

07Can I export my memorial data?

Yes, in accordance with GDPR, you can request a full export of all your memorial data at any time, including photos, texts, and metadata. Your data belongs to you.
